Sending and Receiving Private Messages

Need to reach someone directly? The private messaging system lets you have one-on-one conversations with other Clarksville Furs members.

Accessing Your Messages

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to Community → Private Messages.
3. You'll see your inbox with any messages you've received.

Sending a New Message

1. From your inbox, click New Message (or Compose).
2. Start typing the recipient's username — the system will suggest matches.
3. Write your message and hit Send.

You can also message someone directly from their profile — just visit the Member Directory, click on a member's profile, and look for the Send Message button.

Managing Your Inbox

• Reply to messages directly from the conversation thread.
• Delete messages you no longer need.
• Check back regularly — you may receive notifications via email when you get a new message, depending on your profile settings.
